Meridian Decision Media

Ten specialist publications for the decisions that cost the most.

Insurance renewals. Entity formation. A mortgage. A security baseline. A $12k heat pump. A $18k certification. These are decisions people make once every few years, under time pressure, with bad information. Each Meridian brand covers exactly one of them — with named authors, practitioner review, published methodology, and tools you can actually reuse.

The network

Each site is a standalone brand, not a template farm

How the brands relate to each other — and how they don't

A founder who forms an LLC will soon need a business bank account, a general liability policy, a password manager and a contract template. Those are four different specialisms, and pretending one site can be authoritative on all of them is how thin content gets made.

So we split them. When one brand hits the edge of its expertise, it links contextually to the brand that owns the next decision — inside the relevant paragraph, with a descriptive anchor, on the handful of pages where it genuinely helps.

What we deliberately do not do:

  • No sitewide footer links between the brands on every page.
  • No exact-match anchor text swaps or reciprocal link quotas.
  • No duplicated or spun content across properties — each brand writes its own.
  • No hidden ownership: this page names every site we run.

That is the difference between a media network and a private blog network, and it is the line described in Google's spam policies.

Examples of a legitimate cross-reference

  • HardenHQ → ShieldWise: after a security-controls article, a link to the cyber insurance readiness checklist.
  • ClauseCraft → LedgerLift: after formation paperwork, a link to opening the business account.
  • WattROI → RateBeacon: when an upgrade is financed, a link to refinancing maths.
  • NomadLedger → BenefitWell: when a reader moves abroad, a link to international coverage.
  • CredentialROI → HardenHQ: when a certification maps to a security role.

Five to eight contextual links per site, chosen per article — not per template.
